Shiva Prasad Khanal, Esq. is the founder and principal attorney at the firm. He earned his LL.M. degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law with a Dean’s Merit Scholarship, focusing on immigration, corporate, and general legal studies. Originally from Nepal, he has received both a presidential gold medal and a university gold medal for his academic achievements. Mr. Khanal is licensed to practice law in New York State and is admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
