What You’ll Do:
Respond to customer inquiries about policies, billing, and claims
Provide clear, accurate information and resolve issues
Maintain customer satisfaction through professional service
Document and follow up on customer interactions

Qualifications:
High school diploma, college degree a plus
Previous customer service experience (insurance background is a plus)
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
